Learn easy yoga postures and mindfulness techniques Feeling stressed? Try yoga! Beginners and children over 7 years old are welcome.To get the most out of the yoga practice, come with an empty stomach and wear comfortable loose clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle.No registration required. Attendees must complete an activity waiver form upon arriving at the event in order to participate. Program repeats on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month. Instructor Akila is away for two months. Madhavi Nadendla will lead the January and February classes. She is a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor who trained at the reputed Mt. Madonna Center. An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
